A recruiter since the 1980s, Margot Jacqz has worked both independently and as part of a team with two of the best known design recruitment consultancies internationally.
A close-in observer and sometime participant, Margot has been a member of the AIA New York Chapter Women in Architecture Committee, a regional representative for the SEGD, active with the Professional Development Committee of the Society of Marketing Professional Services, and is pleased to be on the Dean's list for reviewing the Masters in Exhibition Design capstone projects at FIT.
Before being recruited to recruiting consulting, Margot spent a number of years at The Institute for Architecture and Urban Studies, mostly as managing editor of their newspaper, Skyline. During this period she was also a contributing editor at Interiors magazine, contributor of the architecture notes for the first Access Guide to New York, and an instructor in the IAUS High School Program.
She has an AB from Princeton; although this degree is in Architecture, she can't draw.
